Preparing for Post-secondary Education

Planning for life after high school can include many different paths. One path would be to continue learning in an education setting whether that is a 4 year college, 2 year college, or technical trade school. More and more colleges and programs are encouraging youth with disabilities to continue their education after high school. While post-secondary education does not look the same as high school, youth still have access to supports and services to help them be successful.
