Visions of Community is the Federation for Children with Special Needs’ annual statewide conference for families of children with special needs and the professionals who serve them. This conference is the only one of its kind in Massachusetts, providing a day of education and networking for more than 900 families and professionals from across the state. Visions of Community will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the World Trade Center in Boston from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Past advertisers and exhibitors have included consultants, summer programs, parent support services, advocacy, technical and medical equipment, software and computer services, hospitals, publishing companies, schools, colleges, adult educators, distributors of books, and many others. Participants evaluate our exhibitors with high ratings and positive comments about the value they bring to the conference. All advertisers, exhibitors, and sponsors who submit their registration form by February 17, 2017, will be listed in the conference program to be distributed at the conference. In addition, these organizations will enjoy increased visibility as the Federation will include links to their websites on the Visions of Community website.

Important Information

Please Note: Registration will be confirmed via email upon receipt of payment. Deadline is 2/17/17. All attending exhibitors must pay $50 Exhibitor Fee, except where included in table costs. Exhibitor Fee includes lunch. Exhibitors choosing to attend conference sessions must pay an Exhibitor Workshop Registration fee.

Ad Requirements: If you are purchasing an ad in the conference program book acceptable file formats are JPG, TIFF, EPS and PDF. Ads must be a MINIMUM of 300 DPI resolution and will not be accepted after 2/17/17.  Please email ads to Sonya Fort at sfort@fcsn.org.

Insurance: All exhibitors are responsible at their own expense for property loss, damage or liability for personal injury.

Security: The safe keeping of the exhibitor’s property shall remain the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Notices: Exhibitors and advertisers may sell merchandise during the entire conference and may take orders for purchase to be shipped after the conference. Management reserves the right to decline to rent a booth to an exhibitor or accept advertisement for products or programs not in keeping with the views of the Federation for Children with Special Needs, or those that are misleading.
