Caregiver 2 Caregiver (C2C) Respite Program

(Part-time 32 hours per week with benefits)

Job Summary:

The Project Associate reports to the Project Director, Caregiver to Caregiver (C2C) Respite Program.  S/He provides administrative support for the program as well as coordinates the CORI application process, maintains project data, and schedules orientation, project trainings or events.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work closely with the project director to coordinate and provide administrative support for the C2C Respite program.
  • Perform data entry. Enter, maintain project data, and assist with the data collection needs for reports.
  • Coordinate CORI application process for the C2C Respite Network program.
  • Schedule and/or conduct orientation and C2C Respite Network trainings.
  • Attend required supervision, project or Federation meetings and staff meetings, as required. Participate in Federation Visions of Community Conference (VOC).
  • Support other FCSN projects, as required and other tasks, as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred. (A combination of education and experience may be substituted).
  • Ability to work from home in a dedicated workspace using FCSN provided equipment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, administrative and time-management skills
  • Proficient in PC-based computer skills including the use of email, Internet, Microsoft Office 365 WordPress, and Data Bases.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • An independent worker who pays strong attention to detail, and able to take initiative and collaborate with team members.
  • Required to meet in-office policy requirements.

Please Note: This is part-time position, 32 hours per week, and is eligible for employee benefits as outlined in FCSN personnel policies. This position is located at the Schrafft Center and is subject to our hybrid work schedule guidelines.
