This session introduces the Adult Family Care (AFC) program—a MassHealth benefit designed to support families who are already providing care at home. Participants will learn how AFC offers a tax-free stipend for caregivers (up to $18\,000 a year)\, along with ongoing support from a nurse and case manager to help navigate care\, access resources\, and prevent burnout.
