DESCRIPTION:Connecting Families Series – November\nConectando famílias     Conectando famílias     连接家庭      Konekte Fanmi yo     Kết nối gia đình      가족 연결\nThis event will be hosted with access to interpretation and transcription in 50+ languages.  Accessing Interpretation \nCaregivers are the heart of our communities—providing essential support\, advocacy\, and love to children\, youth\, adults\, and older adults with complex needs. During National Caregiver Month\, Connecting Families brings together a panel of experienced leaders\, practitioners\, and family advocates to celebrate the invaluable role of caregivers and explore practical supports and programs available to them. \nPanelists will highlight resources that strengthen caregivers’ capacity to care for loved ones while maintaining their own well-being. Topics include respite opportunities\, community-based supports\, mental health resources\, and family engagement programs. The discussion will also explore ways caregivers can share their voices and experiences to inform systems change and influence policy. \nJoin us for an engaging and inspiring conversation that honors caregivers’ dedication while sharing pathways to connection\, support\, and empowerment. \nThis registration is for all Connecting Families presentations. You do not need to register for each one separately.
