Ashley Falandys

Ashley is the Parent-to-Parent Coordinator for Family TIES. In this role, she facilitates supportive connections between parents seeking support and volunteer support parents. Prior to joining the Federation, she worked in early intervention and on behalf of youth with disabilities within the child welfare system. Ashley has held leadership positions with her local SEPAC and currently serves on her town’s Commission on Disabilities. As a neuro-divergent parent of a child with disabilities, Ashley is deeply committed to cultivating equity, accessibility and genuine inclusion for all. She is grateful for the opportunity to connect caregivers with one another for support and empowerment.
