{"id":17243,"date":"2023-12-14T13:06:39","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T18:06:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fcsn.org\/?p=17243"},"modified":"2025-11-21T09:35:52","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T14:35:52","slug":"ana-burke","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fcsn.org\/es\/ana-burke\/","title":{"rendered":"Ana Burke"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ana\u00a0was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and raised in both Puerto Rico and Albany, New York. \u00a0\u00a0She attended Universidad Metropolitana in San Juan, Puerto Rico and earned a B.S. in Marketing. \u00a0Ana earned her MBA at the State University of New York in Albany.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Following graduate school, Ana worked in Human Resources at Intermagnetics General Corporation. \u00a0She went on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Blue Cross \/ Blue Shield of New York.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Shortly after joining Blue Cross \/ Blue Shield, it became apparent that Ana\u2019s first child, Samantha, would require full-time care and advocacy when Samantha was diagnosed with Rett syndrome. \u00a0Ana has spent the last 20+ years caring for Samantha while raising two more beautiful children, Allison and Kevin. \u00a0Ana has also been involved with numerous charitable projects regarding Rett Syndrome, as well as supporting the music and sports programs at Danvers High School.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ana currently lives in Danvers, Massachusetts.
