FCSN Outreach Team – Wordly AI Practice

You are invited to join the Tech Team for a practice session with Wordly AI interpretation. We are hoping to use this service for many of our trainings this year.  Following the training, we will be looking for your feedback on:

• Were the instructions (below) for logging on clear
• Ease or challenge with accessing the interpretation/transcription
• Quality of the interpretation/transcription
• Recommendation for improving the process

Accessing Simultaneous Interpretation

Website or Mobile Device:

• Click the Wordly Attendee Link: https://attend.wordly.ai/join/HGES-9046 or QR code below:
• 

• Wordly will open in your browser
• Choose a Language and enter session 
• Click Attend to start
• If needed, resize your Wordly browser window along side the Zoom window
• For audio interpretation, you must add your desired language to your laptop or phone in the device settings
  • In Zoom, click the arrow next to the microphone icon and select “leave the computer audio”
  • Unmute the speaker icon on the Wordly web App.
