How to get IT service requests resolved quickly:

In order for us to provide the highest level of service, doing the following will help us identify and resolve issues more quickly:

  1. 1. Send a detailed description of the issue.
  2. 2. Detail what you were doing at the time.
  3. 3. Include a screen-shot or upload a file, if applicable.
  4. For Screenshots:  press Ctrl + Print Screen SysRq.  The image will be saved to your clipboard.  Paste the image directly into an email or IT service request form.

Please allow up to 1 business day for a response to your support request.  Requests sent after hours or  on weekends will be responded to on the next business day.
