Mary Lewis Pierce is a dynamic fundraising professional with a passion for donor relations and stewardship. She has experience in donor strategy, cultivation, relationship building; event and committee management; and annual fund strategy. She has been recognized for her attention to detail, creativity and problem solving. Currently serving as the Director of Development for the Federation of Children with Special Needs where she is honored to be serving this amazing community. She received her JD from Boston University School of Law and her bachelors from Northwestern University. Previously, she was a prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her private life, she volunteers as the legislative liaison for Mothers Out Front where she connects the state house with members of her local chapter in Jamaica Plain on issues of climate change. She lives with her wife and two children in Maynard, Massachusetts.
