During National Caregiver Month\, Connecting Families brings together a panel of experienced leaders\, practitioners\, and family advocates to celebrate the invaluable role of caregivers and explore practical supports and programs available to them. \nPanelists will highlight resources that strengthen caregivers’ capacity to care for loved ones while maintaining their own well-being. Topics include respite opportunities\, community-based supports\, mental health resources\, and family engagement programs. The discussion will also explore ways caregivers can share their voices and experiences to inform systems change and influence policy. \nJoin us for an engaging and inspiring conversation that honors caregivers’ dedication while sharing pathways to connection\, support\, and empowerment. \nThis registration is for all Connecting Families presentations. DESCRIPTION:Join Us to Become a Volunteer Support Parent!\nOur Parent to Parent of Massachusetts program (P2P) builds a bridge of connection between parents and caregivers of children with disabilities and complex medical needs who would like to talk with someone who understands their situation. \nWe are actively recruiting new volunteers who wish to join our program and become trained Support Parents.
