DESCRIPTION:Join Us to Become a Volunteer Support Parent!\nOur Parent to Parent of Massachusetts program (P2P) builds a bridge of connection between parents and caregivers of children with disabilities and complex medical needs who would like to talk with someone who understands their situation. \nWe are actively recruiting new volunteers who wish to join our program and become trained Support Parents. As a volunteer Support Parent you will provide two emotional support calls to another parent of a child with disabilities. \nDuring our Listening and Learning training\, we will provide details of our P2P matching program\, consider the emotional roads we travel as caregivers of children with disabilities and/or medical complexities\, and enhance our effective listening skills. \nFor more details on the P2P program\, please visit the P2P of MA web page. \nRegistration
