  2. A leader encourages discussion to get more information on a problem, allowing people to express and discuss ideas, while keeping order.<\/li>\n
  3. A leader plans for controversy and conflict \u2013 keeping criticism aimed at ideas, not people.<\/li>\n
  4. A leader helps members reach consensus, asking questions that will encourage understanding of differing positions.<\/li>\n
  5. A leader involves more people in decision-making \u2013 make family engagement real.<\/li>\n
  6. A leader makes meetings productive and fun \u2013 good meeting produce results and momentum.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
