\nThis event will be hosted with access to interpretation and transcription in 50+ languages.\u00a0\u00a0Accessing Interpretation<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Caregivers are the heart of our communities\u2014providing essential support, advocacy, and love to children, youth, adults, and older adults with complex needs. During National Caregiver Month,\u00a0Connecting Families<\/em>\u00a0brings together a panel of experienced leaders, practitioners, and family advocates to celebrate the invaluable role of caregivers and explore practical supports and programs available to them.<\/p>\n

Panelists will highlight resources that strengthen caregivers\u2019 capacity to care for loved ones while maintaining their own well-being. Topics include respite opportunities, community-based supports, mental health resources, and family engagement programs. The discussion will also explore ways caregivers can share their voices and experiences to inform systems change and influence policy.<\/p>\n

Join us for an engaging and inspiring conversation that honors caregivers\u2019 dedication while sharing pathways to connection, support, and empowerment.<\/p>\n
