The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), in partnership with FCSN, is offering a week-long Inclusive Leadership Academy this July 20-24th from 9 am to 4 pm at Fitchburg State University.<\/p>\n

Inclusive Leadership is a proven strategy to improve outcomes for all learners. The ILA is designed to provide training, skills and a community of best practice for school and district leaders dedicated to improving outcomes for all students.<\/p>\n

Current and future Principals, Assistant Principals, Deans of Students, Directors of Early Learning, and General Education School Leaders are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n

Invite colleagues to join you and participate as a district team!<\/p>\n

Cost: Free<\/strong> (Graduate credits will be available through Fitchburg State University for a cost of $295.00)\u00a0 PDPs are also available.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Orientation date<\/strong>: July 13, 2026 at 10 am (1 hour virtual presentation)<\/span><\/p>\n

Runs:<\/strong> July 20\u201324, 2026, with sessions from 9 AM to 4 PM each day<\/span><\/p>\n
