Call Center Intake Form

The PTIC Call Center is a free one-to-one service to help families and professionals with questions about supports, resources, and rights for children and youth with special needs. Staffed with information specialists and parent consultant volunteers, the Call Center is available Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Call Center operators are trained in special education law and procedures and are knowledgable about local and state-wide assistive services and programs.
