She is committed to helping young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities also diagnosed with Autism self-actualized by giving them the financial tools to imagine a better life for themselves and their loved. Sherraine is a mom of three young adults.

Sherraine is a financial administrator, financial disability advocate, facilitator, and an educator. Her background is grounded in 30 years of building non-profit infrastructures, financial education, and disability reforms. Over the course of her career, she has work for and partnered with non-profit organizations, and government agencies in the service delivery of advancing more just, equitable and liberated financial individuals and communities. She is skilled at developing youth entrepreneurial programming, accounting information processes, designing dynamic people-centered financial practices, and advancing systems-change.

She is a LEND Fellow and currently holds a graduate certificate in Disability and Health Policy.
