Join us:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Friday, May 2, 2025<br \/>\n<\/strong>8am to 4pm &#8211; virtually<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">and<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Saturday, May 3, 2025<br \/>\n<\/strong>10am to 2pm &#8211; in person<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Address:<\/strong> Worcester State University &#8211; 486 Chandler St 01602<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">For families of students on IEPs between the ages of 14 and 22 (and the students themselves!) who are curious about college or would like to know more about the difference between high school and college, this conference is for you!<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">These two-day conferences will contain a wide variety of information around transition planning with a focus on postsecondary education and independent living.\u00a0 Friday is virtual and Saturday is a half-day, in-person event for you and your young person (with lunch included \u2013 Let us know if you have food allergies.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">On Saturday, we are offering a student track of presentations including Disability Disclosure, a discussion panel with self-advocates, and a chance to socialize and have fun!<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"x_MsoNormal\">PAL: College and Beyond\u00a0presentation topics\u00a0 include the following:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">From High School to College = Big Difference<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Going to College<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Healthcare Transition<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">College Navigator\u00a0\u2026.
