DESCRIPTION:The Charting the LifeCourse provides a Framework to help you organize your ideas\, vision\, and goals for the future.  The Charting the LifeCourse core belief is that all people and their families have the right to live\, love\, work\, play\, learn\, and pursue their life aspirations in their community. This training will introduce you to tools to assist you in problem-solving\, navigating and advocating for supports for yourself or a loved one.  This person-centered philosophy\, originally created for individuals with disabilities and their families\, has expanded to be a universal framework applicable to people of all ages and abilities to develop a vision for a good life and identify needed supports \nAll meetings links are sent by Zoom prior to the workshop. Handouts will be sent to attendees on the day of the presentation.
