She later got a Masters in Education and taught history to high school students at Arlington High School. After learning that her child had dyslexia and a non-verbal learning disability, she took the PCTI class at the Federation, and subsequently worked as part-time coordinator of the Federation\u2019s Parent Information Center for five years.
