Andria Entsminger joins the Federation for Children with Special Needs as the President of Autism Housing Pathways (AHP). In this role, she works closely with Cathy Boyle, founder of AHP, to support the integration of Autism Housing Pathways into the Federation, strengthening housing-related transition supports and expanding resources available to families across the state.
\nIn addition to her work with Autism Housing Pathways, Andria collaborates with FCSN\u2019s Individual Assistance team, supporting transition-age youth calls and intakes, with a particular focus on housing navigation, advocacy, and long-term planning.
\nAndria has a long-standing relationship with FCSN, including previously overseeing the FCSN Internship Program, and remains deeply committed to building sustainable systems that support transition-age youth and adults with disabilities. She is also the proud stepmother of two young adult children, both with special needs.
\nAndria is the founder of Elsbridge Family Advocates, where she has supported children, youth, and young adults ages 5\u201322. Her advocacy experience spans a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, executive functioning challenges, emotional and behavioral disabilities, OCD, trauma-related needs, communication impairments, specific learning disabilities, and Tourette Syndrome.
\nIn addition to her advocacy work, Andria brings over ten years of experience in property management, having served in senior and leadership roles across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This dual background allows her to support families navigating the complex intersection of disability services, housing, and transition planning.
