She has more than 25 years of experience in the disability services field, including serving as Director of Transition Projects at the Federation for Children with Special Needs.<br \/>\nNancy holds a master&#8217;s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Management from the University of Wyoming.<br \/>\nAs the parent of a son with dyslexia who received special education services, Nancy brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work.
