MassPAC membership support districts and SEPACs as they organize their local Special Education Parent Advisory Councils. Check our member directory to see if your District/SEPAC is a current MassPAC member.
Memberships follow the school district year – from July 1 through June 30. Your annual cost is just $575 for a host of benefits!

NEW Monthly All-Access Workshop Pass
As a MassPAC member, you will receive a monthly calendar with unlimited access to pre-scheduled FCSN Basic Rights virtual workshops. Each workshop in the series of 3 will be available every month, allowing members of your community to attend the workshop of their choice.
- Basic Rights: Evaluation and Eligibility
- Basic Rights: Understanding the IEP
- Basic Rights: Transition Planning (ages 14-22)
In addition, FCSN will offer special topic workshops each month allowing SEPACs to offer additional learning opportunities all under the MassPAC membership. Special topic workshops will include Suspension and Discipline, Bullying, SEL, Effective Communication, IEP Modules, Planning for College, Sharing Your Story, and more!
MassPAC member districts can request to host any pre-scheduled workshop and FCSN will provide a custom flyer for local outreach.
