Kristin LaRose

Kristin LaRose (she/her/hers) is the Parent Training and Information Center’s Workshop Coordinator. Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut with concentrations in photography and graphic design. Prior to joining the FCSN staff Kristin worked as a one to one paraprofessional and homebased therapist with students ages 3-22 for 9 years in both public schools and an educational collaborative. Like so many, she started working in the special education field after her children were diagnosed and which also led to her own ADHD diagnosis as an adult. She is a strong advocate of sharing one’s story and breaking down the stigmas associated with living with disabilities and mental health needs. Kristin and her family live in the MetroWest area.
