Meghan’s work at the Federation is to support school-based family organizations focused on education (e.g., ELPACs, SEPACs, PTOs, etc.), their community partners, and school administrators to build and strengthen connections. She believes strong family engagement improves outcomes for students, supports families, and creates opportunities for community and education partners to meaningfully impact the lives of students with disabilities and their families. Meghan is a former SEPAC founder and leader. Currently, she is enrolled in a graduate degree program that will help her directly support people with disabilities looking for meaningful, competitive employment. Meghan is a proud mom of two teens who identify as neurodivergent and LGBTQ+.
