Nancy mader is the Director of Community Support Services at Easterseals Massachusetts, where she oversees statewide programs that support individuals with disabilities in achieving their education, employment, and independent living goals. She has more than 25 years of experience in the disability services field, including serving as Director of Transition Projects at the Federation for Children with Special Needs.
Nancy holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wyoming.
As the parent of a son with dyslexia who received special education services, Nancy brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate systems, access opportunities, and reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family and dog, running, and cheering on the University of Wyoming Cowboys(girls) and the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers.
