Vaidehi Venkatesan is a software engineer working in the autonomous vehicle industry. She is a parent of a child with disabilities and has served as co-chair of Lexington SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) / SEPTA (Special Education Parent Teacher Association). Vaidehi is also an integral part of Desi Moms Network group where she has found some lifelong friends and community for her son and her family.
She aspires to provide a bigger outreach to special needs families from diverse backgrounds in Massachusetts and make the journey of special needs families in this world more equitable and accessible. She also advocates for special needs families in her town and communities dreaming for a world which provides neurodiverse opportunities and amenities to everyone.
