Inclusive Leadership Academy Summer Intensive

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), in partnership with FCSN, is offering a week-long Inclusive Leadership Academy this July 20-24th from 9 am to 4 pm at Fitchburg State University.

Inclusive Leadership is a proven strategy to improve outcomes for all learners. The ILA is designed to provide training, skills and a community of best practice for school and district leaders dedicated to improving outcomes for all students.

Current and future Principals, Assistant Principals, Deans of Students, Directors of Early Learning, and General Education School Leaders are encouraged to apply.

Cost: Free (Graduate credits will be available through Fitchburg State University for a cost of $295.00)  PDPs are also available. 

Orientation date: July 13, 2026 at 10 am (1 hour virtual presentation)

Runs: July 20–24, 2026, with sessions from 9 AM to 4 PM each day
