Ruth Esther de La Cruz

Ruth Esther de la Cruz, is originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice in 2014, she has two daughters, the youngest has special conditions, which resulted in her decision to move to the US, learning about disabilities and the special education system and making strong connections with the Latino communities, She attended the Leadership Series and is a Precentor of the Spanish Advocacy BootCamp for MFOFC, Parent Leader Federation training offered in Spanish, the Federation’s Barbara Popper Institute and is involved in Boston Children’s Hospital’s Source of Light, she speaks Spanish and English.
