Ann Teng

Ann serves as the Manager of Family Engagement and Leadership at the Federation for Children with Special Needs. They hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Music, as well as a Master of Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Ann’s work is grounded in a commitment to education access, policy literacy, and community organizing – with a focus on advancing inclusive practices that support multilingual families of children with disabilities, and the professionals who serve them.
