The Commission on the Status of Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
In addition to their statewide advocacy efforts, this Massachusetts commission provides resources and connections to support groups for grandparents who are raising their grandchildren. Support groups are a great way to meet a group of people with common experiences or concerns who can provide support, compassion, comfort and understanding, encouragement, and advice to each other. If you are a grandparent raising grandchildren, please consider joining a support group as soon as possible. Download this PDF list of grandparent support groups in MA.
