Winter 2026 Parent Consultant Training Institute

Join us for the Winter 2026 Parent Consultant Training Institute (PCTI)! PCTI is a 40-hour training that helps parents and professionals develop skills and knowledge to understand and navigate the special education process. You’ll learn from experts, such as attorneys, advocates, self-advocates, evaluators, and state agency staff. You’ll also connect with a community of peers dedicated to improving outcomes for students. By the end of the training, you’ll feel confident and prepared to be an effective member of a child’s IEP team.

Dates & Locations:

  • Saturday, January 10 (in-person at the FCSN office, with hybrid option), 10am-3:30pm
  • Saturdays, January 31, & February 14 (in-person – location TBD in Metro-West area, with hybrid option), 10am-3:30pm
  • Mondays & Wednesdays, January 12-February 14, 9am-12:45pm (Virtual)
