What is a Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)?
SEPACs provide important feedback to school districts about special education programs. They also connect families of children with disabilities with one another. All Massachusetts public school districts are required to establish a SEPAC. Any parent or caregiver of a child with disabilities can join.

is the statewide organization of member SEPACs, offering information, training, and networking opportunities to Massachusetts SEPACs and the professionals who collaborate with them. While MassPAC offers training and support to any interested SEPAC, our members receive valuable, exclusive benefits.
