Este taller se enfoca en la planificación de la transición para los estudiantes a medida que se acercan a la vida adulta. Hablaremos sobre los servicios de transición, las metas postsecundarias (educación, empleo y vida independiente) y cómo el IEP apoya los planes futuros del estudiante.

Covers the special education process, including referrals, evaluations, eligibility, services, placement, and parents’ rights in dispute resolution.
