Youth Movie Night at the Schrafft Center

FCSN’s Youth Team Presents
Free Movie Night  (Youth Event – ages 14-26*)

*This is not a drop off event. Parents/legal caregivers must register and attend with young people who are not their own legal guardians. We’ll be screening the same movie in another room for parents/legal caregivers of youth.

Intelligent Lives

A film by Dan Habib
INTELLIGENT LIVES follows three young adults—Micah, Naieer, and Naomie—who have intellectual disabilities and are figuring out school, college, and jobs. The film challenges the idea that test scores define how smart someone is. Actor Chris Cooper narrates and shares his own experience as a parent, while the movie also looks at how intelligence testing in the U.S. has been unfair and harmful to many people. You can check out the trailer here.
