Pam Nourse is currently Executive Director of the Federation for Children with Special Needs. She is a sibling of a brother with intellectual disabilities and has experience with the IEP process with her own children. Throughout her career, Pam has led mission driven organizations, with a special focus on women and children. Prior to the Federation, Pam was a senior leader at a residential treatment center for at risk girls. Pam began her career as a community organizer in Chicago and has remained dedicated to seeking change that has a positive impact on people’s lives. She is dedicated to developing innovate programs that will propel the Federation and the state forward as a leader in services for children and families with special needs. Pam is on the Board of Directors for National PLACE, a national organization that advocates for enhanced, meaningful parent involvement and leadership in all policy decision-making that impacts services to services for children and families. Pam is also on the school committee for Minuteman Regional Vocational High School.
