In Person Gathering and SESP Appreciation Night: December 1, 2023

Our theme for this year’s conference is Moving Through Intergenerational Trauma to Thrive.

Sessions are geared towards Special Education Surrogate Parents, kinship, adoptive and foster families, social workers, educators, and professionals that serve our students.

  • Morning Keynote (9am): “Party with a Purpose” delivered by Dr. Adolph Brown. We’ll learn to put down what we are carrying and show up in full capacity with our assigned children and youth.
  • Afternoon Keynote (12pm): Delivered by Gaelin Elmore, who will engage with us through “Belonging.”

CEUs: This program is seeking approval for 4.5 Social Work Continuing Education hours for re-licensure, in accordance with 258 CMR. NASW-MA Chapter CE Approving Program.
