Ann Teng

Ann (she/they) is a Taiwanese immigrant working in Boston as a Senior Trainer and Family Engagement Manager for the Federation for Children with Special Needs. They earned a dual degree in Psychology and Music, along with a Master’s degree in Public Policy at UMass Amherst. Currently, Ann also works as a Mandarin translator for the parent advocacy nonprofit CPLAN and volunteer as an ESOL tutor for refugees in the Boston area. They are passionate about education equity, data literacy, and community engagement through an international lens. Outside of systems change, they love to play the cello, knit, and take care of the apartment cat.
