CeCe Chen

Chuanling Chen (goes by CeCe) is thrilled to have joined FCSN as C2C Project Coordinator for Chinese speaking families. She has always had a strong desire to make a difference for young children and families, especially for children and families in the underserved populations. CeCe obtained her BA in Early Education and Care in Inclusive Settings at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Prior to joining FCSN, CeCe has been an early childhood educator in many roles focusing on social-emotional support for young children and families in school and home settings. As a passionate educator, she believes in creating inclusive classrooms that recognize and celebrate diversity for all. She also has experience as an E.I. developmental specialist and non-profit community organizer. CeCe is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Fujianese.
