Gail Merriam

Gail Merriam is the Program Manager, Pathways, a Project of the Federation for Children with Special Needs. She previously worked at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as Program Director for two programs within the Division of Children with Special Health Needs: MassCare (pediatric and family HIV) and the Pediatric Palliative Care Network (PPCN). While at MDPH, she directed the Comprehensive Cancer Prevention and Control for 12 years including work towards addressing racial disparities. Gail also has background in maternal and child health consisting of providing training and technical assistance for system integration across the country and overseeing community services for Hallmark Health. She has a Masters in Public Health and a Masters in Social Work. Gail is a parent of an internationally adopted young adult.
