Mei Lu

Mei Lu’s transformative journey began in Hong Kong 15 years ago when her son Ethan was born with Treacher Collins Syndrome and later diagnosed with ASD/ADHD. Her experience led her to become a passionate advocate for special needs — volunteering, managing charities, and now relocating to Mass for Ethan’s better care. With an MBA, a background in marketing, and a vision to support families in similar situations, Mei aims to leverage her knowledge gained from the recent LEND fellowship to propel her advocacy, pursuing a career with a government or NGO for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
