Sarah Jefferson is the Metrowest Regional Coordinator for the Family TIES program. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Masters in Social Work. Previous to working at the FCSN, she worked at an English as a Second Language Program for adults. She was the Program Coordinator for the Transition to College Program, which enabled US immigrants and refugees to gain the English and academic skills necessary to be successful in U.S. college and in the workplace. She is the mother of two children who inspire the work she does at the FCSN. She has learned to navigate health care, school and government systems. She is dedicated to supporting all members of her multicultural community by providing them information, emotional support, and resources so they can live to their fullest potential.
