This short presentation will cover the renewal process that is coming soon for all MassHealth members. It will cover what members should expect, and how members can act now to ensure they get and keep the best coverage they qualify for. This presentation will be recorded.

Rachael Zukus is the Director of Strategy at MassHealth. At MassHealth, she works on a variety of policy and operational initiatives. She is committed to helping MassHealth members get the best coverage they qualify for, and is proud to serve the people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
